Thick Colorado Lamb chops grilled with mint butter served with a Spanish green peppercorn sauce garnished with onion straws and served with our gourmet potatoes.

Filet Mignon - Eighteen Dollars
Thick fresh cut of supreme Black Angus beef, wrapped in bacon, seasoned, grilled to perfection and finished with Bernaise and Bordelaise sauces, served with our gourmet potatoes.

Delmonico Steak - Seventeen Dollars
Select aged thick and juicy certified Black Angus beef steak grilled to perfection, topped with a shallot, wild mushroom compote and bleu cheese butter, served with our gourmet potatoes.

Trio Kabob - Sixteen Dollars
Beef tenderloin, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and chicken medallions on skewers with vegetables and served on bok choy, cabbage, and carrots in a lite oriental vinaigrette.
